Yesterday I took this picture and processed it in Lightroom using a mixture of presets.
Yesterday after the day at school I needed a beer.
Yesterday I remembered that teachers still get upset if pupils don’t do their homework and mess about in class.
Yesterday it came home to me just how much school and parents attitudes have changed. “Little Bill won’t be in school today because we are taking him shopping, then to see a concert”

Yesterday I returned to the bit of scrub that we backburned on the weekend. The old Land Rover Series IIA looked a sorry sight.
Vehicle number 25301815a One of Solihull’s finest now left to rot in a foreign field far far away from home. Still at least I rescued the front grill before the fire got to it. No doubt it will make a lovely postcard / letter holder.

Yesterday we gave Banjo a bath and afterwards he went mad all around the living room trying to get himself dry. He went clean through the sliding flyscreen door knocking it completely off the runners!
I tell you what that dog Marley has got nothing on Banjo!
